It was "Product: Roxio Easy VHS to DVD Plus - Error 1905.Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio Easy VHS to DVD\AudioCodec\RxACMP4ALAC3.dll failed to unregister. Still got the same error message from Corel, but my event viewer gave a different message this time. When I changed the registry key, I attempted another clean install. There is a registry key that can be changed to override this protocol. It turns out the Windows 10 and 11 did an update, 1803 I think, and turned off the ability to use a dynamic program. So, here's what I found: I got the same error you guys did. Absolute baloney and they still haven't responded. They wasted an hour of my time only to tell me they filled out a trouble ticket that I could have done myself in 2 minutes. I should have read the system requirements better.This company does not care to help this be resolved. Is there an adaptor that will connect the two? I've searched but can't find one. Does this mean I can't use it if I have to use an adaptor to use the USB to the thunderbolt?Īnd lastly, assuming the first two issues can be overcome, my cable from my VCR ends in a male 10 pin plug however the video plug on the usb adaptor is a female 4 pin. ![]() However, I just read on page 5 of the instructions that the USB device should be connected directly to your Mac, not through a USB hub. Does this mean I should return this device?Īlso, my MacBook Air comes with two thunderbolts, no USB 2.0 (a requirement), so I purchased an adaptor. I just realized that the System Requirements state that a Mac computer with in Intel processor is required. I have a new MacBook Air with the M1 chip. I just purchased Roxio easy VHS to DVD for Mac.
